Knox County Ohio Homes In Fredericktown School District
Homes Located In Fredericktown Ohio School District
Situated in a quiet farming community, Fredericktown School District is an excellent place to learn, and home to a very musical student body. Just this March, Fredericktown High School performed Rogers’ and Hammerstein’s rendition of Cinderella. This year, eight high school students and two middle school students qualified for the District 10 Honors Band and Choir Competition, while thirty five students prepared to compete at the District Solo and Ensemble Contest. Aside from band and choir, students can learn to lead and work as a team through the FFA program or Fredericktown’s Leo Club. Interestingly, the official blue dress jacket worn by chapter members all over the nation was first worn by the 1933 Fredericktown FFA chapter. Students involved in the Leo Club work together on community service projects to make a positive impact locally. The Fredericktown School District has a student population of about 1,130 students, with teachers shared between middle school and high school students. The school itself is situated near the Fredericktown Community Library and the historic Merrin Park.
