Annual Opening of The Mount Vernon Ohio Hiawatha Water Park and Pool Spring of 2017
It's that time of year again! Mount Vernon, Ohio's Hiawatha Water Park and Pool is due to be open June - August, 2018! Hiawatha is boosting up their season opening with experiences for all ages to enjoy. The park features a basketball court inside the complex, as well as two pools comprising that of an Olympic size with 8 swimming lanes, a 30 foot body slide, and one-meter sized diving boards. Kid's can monkey around in the play area underneath the raindrop fountain, climb atop many platforms, and venture through the tunnels. Both pools have water basketball and toddlers can enjoy a frog slide and lemon drop sprayers. Don't worry about finding a spot in the shade, there's plenty of grass and shaded umbrellas for all to relax under.
